During this 120-minute guided experience we begin by defining your goals for the session and creating a safe space in which to ground the exploration. Using hypnosis, we then open a channel of communication with your highest self to access memories, information and wisdom contained at a deeper level of mind.
There is no guarantee that you will go into a "past life” per se, although many people experience it as such. You may be led to revisit a meaningful root memory from this life that holds the key to a current issue. You may receive messages from your guide in the space "between lives”. Whatever is most meaningful for you at the time is what will unfold revealing insights and giving you the opportunity to release past hurts, resolve conflicts and move forward with increased clarity, centeredness and peace.

This 60-minute optional follow-up occurs about a week after your Past Life Exploration Hypnosis session. Together we will examine the astrology of your soul’s enduring journey and current life purpose based on your natal chart to gain deeper insight into your experience.
Not available as a stand-alone purchase. This follow-up can be done in-person or online.
